(por/como/lo que es) infinitivo+verbo conjugado (pero): construcción enfática que se usa para aclarar que, en el sentido más estricto de la palabra, es cierto lo que se dice, pero sin embargo existe un impedimento importante; se dice sobre todo con los verbos 'poder' y 'querer'.
