Las construcciones superlativas complejas —a diferencia de las comparativas— permiten que se anteponga al verbo el grupo cuantificativo.
-Es el jugador que más dinero gana — He's the player who earns the most money [Superlativo]
→Es el jugador que gana más dinero — He's the player who earns more/the most money [Comparativo o superlativo]
-Cuando más contento estaba, iba a pescar — When he was happiest, he would go fishing [Superlativo]
→Cuando estaba más contento, iba a pescar — When he was happier/happiest, he would go fishing
-Rusia es uno de los países que más restricciones impone a los turistas — Russia is one of the countries that imposes the most restrictions on tourists [Superlativo]
→Rusia es uno de los países que impone más restricciones a los turistas — Russia is one of the countries that imposes more/the most restrictions on tourists
-La comida es lo que más/menos me gusta de este país — The food is what I most/least like about this country [Superlativo]
→La comida me gusta más/menos (que la cultura) — I like the food more/less (than the culture)
